Participants will learn how to recognise signs of mental health concerns and crisis situations, communicate appropriately, provide initial support and understand when and how to seek further assistance.
PUAFER005 (Operate as part of an Emergency Control Organisation) is a nationally recognised course created to train Fire Wardens in all the essential skills they will need to perform their duties. It meets Australian Standard AS 3745:2010.
