For organisations that also manage allergy or temperature-sensitive emergency medication, the backpack supports optional chilled medication pouches via a detachable internal panel. This allows medication pouches to be attached inside the bag where required, while still keeping first aid modules and the defibrillator area accessible. The panel can also be removed and wall hung when not in use, so the setup can be adjusted to suit different settings and risk levels.
