Jude Barnes

As co-founder of Results First Aid Training with husband Rory, Jude carries the titles of director, CEO & First Aid trainer. But she is no “hands-off” executive.

For a start, Jude is a fully qualified First Aid trainer herself. She and Rory personally did all the training when the company began and she will still jump in and run a training session if required.

She holds the following qualifiications: 

• TAE40116 - Training and Assessment

• HLTSS00027 First Aid Skill Set, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Trainer

Growing up in a family hospitality business, Jude learnt from a very young age the absolute importance of good customer service. This is a culture she strives to imbue with all her team at Results First Aid Training.

Training is another skill that Jude knows well. For 6 years, she was the Australian Training Manager for the world’s 4 th largest fast food franchise chain before eventually being promoted to National Operations Manager.

She has also run VET training in schools, as well as doing volunteer work with local sports clubs.

“Personally, I have a goal to see that everyone knows CPR and First Aid as an essential life skill. So that means I LOVE my job and everything that I do every day in this business.
