Harvey B

Harvey is the Administration Manager at Results First Aid Training. Currently he is qualified to manage first aid services and resources. He is also studying his Cert IV in Training & Assessment which will enable him to take an even more high level, active role in the company.

Harvey has been with Results First Aid Training since its beginning and has been an essential part of its growth. In many ways he is the “technical brains” of the organisation, taking care of IT and communications systems issues, including phones, printing systems, etc

“I see myself as an integral part of the team. I’m patient, good at understanding what is needed to develop more efficient working systems. I’m a natural problem solver.”

Harvey works hard to make sure the booking and enrolment procedures are as fast and easy as possible and that everything is very efficient.

“We try to deliver people their certificates as quickly as we possibly can after they have completed their training.

I love the fact that our customer base is so diverse. I get to talk to so many people and learn so much about other cultures and languages, it’s fantastic.

In our training we try not to overload you with lots of “empty information” but rather make sure you understand the core of the subject and can actually apply what you have learnt. We make the classes engaging and informative, because isn’t it better to laugh and smile a bit while you are learning?”
