Fleur

Fleur is a Registered Nurse with a Graduate Diploma in Critical Care; Cert IV in Training and Assessment. Her personal experience as a nurse, mother and first aider, provides her with a wealth of examples to highlight the training and her in-depth knowledge from a medical background means she can answer questions more extensively if required.

Throughout her nursing career, she considered a large part of her role both for novice nurses as well as patients and their families to be one of promoting understanding of their jobs and conditions/treatments. Her non-paid job as a mother of three girls has taught her to listen as well as engage with many ages. All three girls have participated in Little Athletics, where I ran the first aid crew for about three years, managing the roster, equipment, training, and general problem solver!

Fleur's favourite thing about working at Results First Aid is the opportunity to meet and engage positively with a variety of groups and individuals and learn about their experiences as well as impart her knowledge and facilitate the candidates’ skill development in first aid.

When asked why she thinks people should choose Results First Aid, she said, "The support staff are second to none!
