Maddison, or Maddi as she prefers to be known, is the friendly social media manager and receptionist at Results First Aid.
Having been with the company since mid 2021, Maddi enjoys her role as the welcoming face and voice of the company.
When not doing that, she is busy creating, scheduling and posting content for Results First Aid’s multiple social media pages including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and more.
Maddi has a passion for visual communication having already completed a diploma in Screen and Media from RMIT. She is also hard at work getting her Bachelor’s degree in Film and Television.
Having working in customer service since she was 17, Maddi prides herself on her ability to communicate effectively with people and handle all of their questions or queries.
Helping people is just one of the many things that Maddi enjoys about her role at Results First Aid. The other is “going that extra mile” to do a great job.
