What first aid training courses do you offer for businesses?
Results First Aid delivers a complete suite of accredited first aid and safety courses suitable for workplaces, including the two most popular - Provide CPR (HLTAID009) and Provide First Aid including CPR (HLTAID011). Additionally, we offer Manual Handling, Fire Warden training, and other compliance courses. We can tailor all training to your specific business needs and industry requirements and can ensure that trainers provide examples
Can you deliver first aid or CPR training at our workplace?
Yes! Results First Aid can come to any business location anywhere in Victoria for groups of 10 or more staff, helping reduce downtime and meet workplace compliance conveniently. We also offer blended online training which can provide greater flexibility when organising staff rosters for training.
What industries do you work with?
Results First Aid have extensive experience in training a wide range of organisations including childcare, medical/dental practices, manufacturing, aged care, fitness centres, sporting clubs, and more. We make training both practical and relevant to various workplace environments.
How long do first aid training courses take?
The duration of any first aid course depends on the unit of competency being studied. For example, Provide First Aid including CPR (HLTAID011) typically involves about 5–8 hours of theoretical and practical study, delivered in one day or split across sessions.
Are the courses fully accredited and nationally recognised?
Yes! All first aid and CPR courses delivered by Results First Aid are nationally recognised. As a fully accredited training it means that our courses align with Australian standards, therefore certificates are accepted by employers and regulators across Australia.
Which staff should complete first aid training in my business?
Workplaces usually require a sufficient number of trained first aid officers or designated first aiders based on risk assessment and regulatory requirements. While specifics vary by industry, having sufficient trained staff onsite at all times enhances both safety and compliance. Actual numbers of trained are regulated by workplace Health & Safety Guidelines. If you are unsure about what applies to your business please contact us.
How long are first aid certificates valid for?
Usually:
• CPR certificates are valid for12 months.
• Provide First Aid certificates (including CPR) are valid for 3 years before renewal is recommended.
How do we schedule our training or get a quote tailored for our individual business needs?

Is blended training available online for my workplace staff?
Yes. Blended training options are offered where theoretical components of the course can be completed online, followed by practical face-to-face assessment at our training centre. This flexible training option can be ideal for business teams or company staff with busy schedules and challenges to get time rostered off for staff to do the training.
What is your cancellation and refund policy for business bookings?
Results First Aid has a cancellation policy outlining how refunds and withdrawals are handled. Generally, refunds depend on timing and course status, and requests are processed fairly according to the policy. We will always endeavour to be as flexible as possible with rescheduling training or find other solutions if a cancellation seems necessary. Businesses should review the full policy before booking.
