How long do your courses run for?
Our standard CPR course runs for 3 hours in a public class. Our first aid course which includes the CPR component of the course runs for 6 hours. Our First Aid Training for Childcare and Teachers is a 6.5 hour course, which also includes CPR and Anaphylaxis & Asthma training.
The in-person training component of our blended online course takes much less than the full in-person courses. There is no set time for the online training component, it simply takes as long as it takes for each individual to answer all the questions. You then complete your face to face practical assessment at our training centre in person.
What days of the week do you train and do you train on the weekends?
Effectively we are available for training every day of the week. We have regularly scheduled classes at our training centre in Truganina on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, so yes we train on weekends. We also offer additional training days each month on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
For on-site training anywhere in Victoria, we are available to train 7 days a week.
Are your first aid training courses fully accredited and nationally recognised?
Yes! All our first aid and CPR training is conducted according to the standards set out by the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC). This means our training meets the standards expected in workplaces and by employers. So anyone who has completed our training can transfer from one state to another can and carry their qualifications with them.
While technically there is no difference between our courses and other providers, we pride ourselves on having feedback that shows our course are informative, easy and friendly.
What days of the week do you train, and do you offer weekend classes?
Yes! Results First Aid runs training 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends to suit various schedules. You can join a public class or book tailored training for your group.
Can you come to our workplace or group for training?
Absolutely. If you have a group of 10 or more, we can deliver on-site first aid training anywhere across Victoria to fit your schedule.
