Can I pay cash when I arrive for my training?
Yes, you definitely can pay cash for training on the day. We also accept credit cards. You simply elect to pay for your training on the day when you complete your online booking form. You can, of course, also pay for your training in advance online when you book if you wish or prefer not to carry cash with you.
Do I get a refund if I have to cancel my training?
If you have to cancel your training, yes we can provide a full refund. Alternatively if you are only cancelling because you can’t make that particular class your booked for, then we can reschedule you into another day/time that is convenient for you, at no extra cost. That way we don’t need to process a refund.
However if you really want to cancel the training and not attend at all in the future, then we can offer you a full refund.
Can I reschedule my training if I need to and is there a fee to reschedule?
Yes, you can reschedule your training if you need to. Just let us know as soon as you find out you are unable to make the class that you are booked in for. We will happily reschedule you for another class and no, there is definitely no fee to reschedule.
